Vitamin D and Calcium for Your Bones

Most women should take calcium supplements.  Did you know if you don't take get enough vitamin D3 the calcium you take does not get absorbed.  Vitamin D3 is the driver of absorbtion.  Vitamin D3 also boosts mood and energy.  So remember to take both!  Also, calcium works best if take at night.
